Membership Specialist: Part-Time

Provide professional and superior customer service to AMAA members and our community as well as new member registration, communication, check-in services, and social media engagement. Please email resume to ASK@AMAABJJ.com

• Must have excellent people and phone skills

• Must have excellent computer, typing, cash handling, and filing skills

• Must have an excellent understanding and knowledge of Apple devices (iMac / iPad / iPhone)

• Must have an excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms to include Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Google+

• Must be a team player

• Must be all-in and display traits in extreme ownership and servant leadership

• Must have some college experience, preferred Associates Degree in Business or higher

• Deliver daily superior customer service without failure or compromise

• Provide prompt service at the member services desk and member check-in.

• Provide correct up-to-date information to the public.

• Conduct all member services in a polite, friendly, caring, quick and accurate manner.

• Communicate daily with leadership

• Process program registrations, memberships and payments accurately, honestly, and efficiently.

• Adheres to recruitment, retention, and referral campaigns and strategies

• Keep member services, lobby, and facility areas well maintained and organized.

• Keep adequate supply of program / membership information materials on hand

• Adheres to AMAA company policies

• Wage Range – $10.00 to $15.00
